An integrated event check-in app

We call our check-in app Greetdesk. It’s really simple to use, it integrates directly with Mitingu, so no uploading data into it.

Once an attendee is checked-in, it updates in real-time in Mitingu. No need to manage two separate datalists and merge offline at a later date.

  • No, it’s fully integrated with Mitingu so if you’re a Mitingu user, it’s free to use.

  • Download the Greetdesk from the App Store (Android version coming soon) and login using your Mitingu credentials. It will show all accounts and events linked to your user account.

  • There are two ways to check people in:

    1. Scan their QR code

    2. Start keying in their name and click on the Check-in button
